The Utah Division of Licensing and Background Checks is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Program Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our licensing and background check processes, including managing the administrative rules process. If you have a passion for quality assurance and want to make a real difference in public safety, this is the opportunity for you!

The Agency

The Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Licensing and Background Checks (DLBC) protects the vulnerable populations of Utah. DLBC licenses foster care, child care, human services, and health facility programs using rules and requirements that have been created with community support.
