Job Summary:
Responsible for distributing work assignments to the security officers. Overseeing all aspects of provisioning and access control management for all individuals, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors-accessing client facilities. Ensures proper authorization and secure entry into buildings.

Job Duties:
- Manage daily site operations, including scheduling assignments and overseeing employee performance.
- Train new employees and ensure compliance with dress code and workplace standards.
- Access Control including Inspection of identifications, vehicle decals, escort employees and screen visitors, couriers, and contractors before entry.
- Patrol premises, respond to security-related inquiries, and document concerns from tenants, employees, and the public.
- Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities.
- Report security incidents and document criminal or suspicious activities, notifying management of incidents and emergencies.
- Response to building emergency alarms, including fire, elevator entrapments, and intercom alerts.
- Management and communication via radios and other security-related equipment.
- Performs additional duties as assigned, aligned with the skills and experience required for this role.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED or Equivalent high school certification.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience. (Supervisory preferred) .
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Must be able to obtain credentials, as required, per airport, state or customs requirements.
- Knowledge of security principles and practices preferred.
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to frequently lift, greater than 70lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand for lon g periods, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.
Working conditions:
- Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
- Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
