General Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our AI product management team for RTOS initiatives for sensing hub/edge AI use-cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for open-source development.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of MCU, DSP architectures

• Understanding of RTOS principles

• Open-source development

• Familiarity with FreeRTOS, Zephyr, Qualcomm RTOS (QuRT) or similar RTOS’es.

• Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to convey technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with embedded systems and IoT applications

• Hands-on experience with RTOS

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and execute product strategies for RTOS solutions, ensuring alignment with Qualcomm's vision and market needs for edge AI use-cases.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with different teams on engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their requirements, and ensure product satisfaction.

• Marketing, Documentation: Oversee the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and marketing materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.

• 4+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits :

$162,400.00 - $243,600.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
