Administrative Coordinator Position available via Robert Half

We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator to join our team located in San Francisco, California. As an Administrative Coordinator, your key role will be to handle and streamline administrative procedures and tasks such as filing, maintaining records, and coordinating communication channels. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and File Information: Maintain and organize personnel files and recruited candidate information, ensuring it is accurately filed and sent to the headquarters in Los Angeles.

  • Phone Screenings: Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates, ensuring that all relevant details are captured and recorded for further review.

  • Interview Support: Take detailed and accurate notes during interviews, assisting hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions.

  • Data Entry: Input and update candidate information into relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and coordinating other hiring-related logistics.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

  • Proactive: Self-starter who takes initiative and reliably completes tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal team members.

  • Experience: Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office, databases, and other relevant software. Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
