In this role, you'll contribute to improving healthcare accessibility by creating engaging email and direct mail campaigns that help Medicare members navigate their healthcare journey. Your expertise in engagement marketing will support our mission of making quality healthcare more accessible while fostering meaningful connections with our community. As an Engagement Marketing Specialist, you will own email and direct mail marketing initiatives for Medicare beneficiaries, working within defined strategies to drive engagement, retention, and acquisition through effective written communications.
Key job responsibilities
Design and implement engaging email and direct mail campaigns for Medicare beneficiaries
Analyze campaign performance and develop data-driven improvements
Coordinate with team members to maintain consistent messaging
Ensure compliance with healthcare communication regulations
Create and optimize audience segmentation strategies
Execute A/B testing and optimize email performance based on data-driven insights
Manage the engagement marketing communications calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams
A day in the life
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop email and direct mail campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and refine communication strategies. Your day might include reviewing campaign analytics, brainstorming with creative teams, and ensuring our messages resonate with Medicare members.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Understanding of email marketing platforms and analytics
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
Experience driving demand through traditional offline marketing activities like events, advertisements, snail mail or flyers
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
