Job Description:

• This role will be responsible for measuring and improving perception of our Commerce and Retail Ads products in priority growth segments.

• Responsibilities include defining and establishing product market fit measurement, customer feedback loops, and message testing for our portfolio and hero products.

• Ideal candidate has worked with market research and insights teams, understands perception measurement methodologies, and has deep knowledge of the retail and commerce sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Closely supervise external market research agency, project managing timelines, aid in compiling feedback and proposed changes to surveys.

• Work across various marketing, UX research, and other cross-functional teams to help recap research learnings, prepare for leadership presentations and milestones.

• Help organize qualitative feedback sessions directly with Client retail and commerce advertisers, including in-person and virtual event sessions.

• Aid in updating our retail and commerce product positioning based on outcomes of research and advertiser feedback.

Mandatory:

• 5 years of experience working on marketing teams.

• Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns specifically designed for the retail and commerce sectors.

• Drive sales growth, enhance brand presence, and optimize ROI through effective campaign management.

• Knowledge of Client paid and free merchant shopping offerings, including advertising campaign types.

• Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects like research, narratives, and large campaigns.

Desired:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and project management skills.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure market research performance.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
