The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced individual to work in our newly formed Product Growth team within the Ads Platform division. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping solutions that empower developers and businesses in the Unity ecosystem to achieve their growth and monetization goals while maximizing player satisfaction. By collaborating with multi-functional teams across product, engineering, sales, and customer success, you will strategize, implement, and refine growth initiatives that unlock value for our users and drive measurable outcomes. What you'll be doing
Leading the development and implementation of network level product growth strategies that optimize performance and deliver measurable results for Unity’s customers and partners.
Collaborating with key decision makers and multi-functional teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives.
Analyzing important metrics to uncover actionable insights, enhance product adoption, and boost return on investment for our customers.
Partnering with teams to identify and solve obstacles across the user journey, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
Supporting strategies that amplify Unity's product offerings and drive long-term customer engagement and retention.
Working closely with Product Managers to deeply understand the product and its benefits to our customers, assisting with positioning and strategy as needed.
Assisting Product Managers to analyze risks and opportunities by having a strong understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitors.
Owning communication and messaging to our customers, customizing based on the type of customer and stage in their user journey at Unity, including marketing messaging and incident responses.
What we're looking for
Previous experience working as a product growth manager or product marketing manager with highly technical B2B products or services
Proven track record of driving product growth and achieving measurable business outcomes
Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Strong analytical and technical knowledge with mobile app industry experience and knowledge
Self motivated and results focused
Understanding complex systems and working with very technical colleagues
You might also have
Knowledge and hands-on SQL experience
Passion for game developers and their creations
Experience in mobile advertising or gaming
