Adecco US, Inc. Inventory Control Manager in San Jose, California
Job Summary
Adecco is assisting a local client in San Jose, CA in seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory levels and ensure seamless production scheduling. This role is responsible for managing cycle counts, resolving supply issues, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate inventory records in our ERP system. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing inventory processes and minimizing losses while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
$43.00 to $48.00 an hour DOE
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels to support production scheduling.
Implement and manage cycle count processes to ensure inventory accuracy.
Monitor and enforce FIFO inventory rotation to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
Analyze and improve inventory management strategies based on KPI targets.
Utilize and update ERP systems to ensure data integrity and real-time tracking.
Conduct audits and investigations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with supply chain, production, and warehouse teams to improve workflow.
Must-Have Qualifications
✔ Inventory Management experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
✔ Strong ERP system proficiency
✔ In-depth knowledge of cycle count processes
✔ Ability to manage FIFO inventory rotation
✔ Solid understanding of KPI tracking and inventory optimization
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
⭐ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
⭐ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Pay Details: $43.00 to $48.00 per hour
