Scope:
The Machine Operator will be actively involved in various processes within the operations department to manufacture PCB panels. The Machine operator is responsible for maintaining strong communication and collaboration across other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate equipment for PCB panel processing
Set and maintain equipment within operational parameters
Read work documents to produce and move products according to customer requirements
Verify that all previous operations were completed
Immediately report any and all quality issues to supervisor and/or Engineers
Maintain clean and organized work station and assist with equipment maintenance
Complete all work documentation accurately
Follow all safety measures and wear protective equipment
Regular worksite attendance
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to read, write and speak in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team player with a willingness to learn
Detail oriented
Integrity and honesty
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift up 50 pounds
Ability to stand throughout entire shift
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$38,241 - $60,446
Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
