A Brief Overview

The Business & Product Marketing Manager provides strategic marketing direction and planning and supervises and leads a team of Marketing officers and Business Analysts who develop marketing strategies for the different business units and subsidiaries. Coordinates and executes marketing communications plans based on strategies and tactics in alignment with corporate and business strategic plans. Business Areas to be supported in terms of Marketing include Deposits (Retail & Commercial), Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Small Business, Commercial Banking Strategy, Platinum Banking, and Insurance, among others. The Business & Product Marketing Manager works with the product and business managers/owners, supporting units throughout the corporation and is also responsible for managing the relationship with the Advertising Agencies that support business efforts.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

· Develops, manages implements and monitors results for 360 Integrated Marketing Communications and digital plans, budgets and business results in line with the institutional brand, strategic plans, the business units' products and service goals in a timely and efficient manner.

· As part of Marketing Plans is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and optimizing products and businesses' strategy across all channels including direct mail, outbound calls, email, and custom audience campaigns. Including conducting ongoing measurements of campaign performance with actionable recommendations for future projects. Metrics include, but are not limited to: ROI, market shares, media SOV & SOI and Marketing Effectiveness.

· Defines market and consumer research to complement product marketing and other initiatives in coordination with the Business Knowledge group.

· Provides customer insight at the product level in conjunction with the various business units and plays an active role in new product and service idea generation.

· Responsible for leading and managing the dialogue and working relationship with the business units, advertising agencies (3), and similar partners and suppliers to the Company in achieving the established objectives.

· Develops, manages and adheres throughout the calendar year to a budget for the respective brand, businesses, products, and services and provides the business with the analysis and information required on a timely and regular basis as established.

· Supervises, directs, coaches, evaluates and manages the performance of the Marketing Communications Officers/Specialists including supporting their development and business growth.

· Instructs and reviews the Marketing Officers' routine work, including compliance, legal, accounting and payables.

· Develop special projects as requested by the Marketing and Corporate Communications Director.

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising or Business Administration is required for this position.

· The incumbent must have at least (5) five to (7) seven years of experience supervising personal, coordination, and planning of marketing communications materials including art development, communications and advertising.
