Corporate Capabilities (CC) with the Global Commercial Services Products Team, is focused on designing and delivering a seamless digital experience that drives customer engagement as well as business growth. The @ Work Digital Experience team within CC team designs and delivers digital tools for corporate customers across SME US, large and global scale companies to effectively lead their Corporate Card programs.

We are looking for a seasoned Product Development professional to join our growing team and establish the vision, strategy and roadmap of key capabilities on our Corporate Communications Platform, known as Smart Sensor, as Director - Digital Product Development. The ideal candidate will possess thought leadership, exhibit strong communication and organizational skills, and have a proven record of delivering value while leading multiple priorities and tight timelines. This role will be responsible for helping to define and deliver integrated & innovative experiences on the Corporate Communications Platform in order to help our customers and drive Commercial Services revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the product vision and roadmap with key partners (Marketing, Risk, Servicing and Product Management) and engineering teams

  • End-to-end ownership of product development from digital experience strategy to roadmap delivery and execution

  • Set product level goals and effectively collaborate across the organization to bring new experiences to market 

  • Partner with cross functional teams to leverage Blue Box capabilities and accelerate delivery 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Smart Sensor tool, ensuring reliable and accurate communication with Program Administrators

  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with IT and development teams to resolve them efficiently.

  • Identify opportunities to improve Smart Sensor functionalities and propose enhancements to bring value to our Clients and Shareholders

  • Communicate with senior leadership to receive strategic alignment 

  • Lead a team of high performing Product professionals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Passion for creating outstanding products and user-centric customer experiences

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity and steadfastlyprioritizing

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution

  • Strong communicator - comfortable working with a range of cross-functional partners

  • Technical proficiency - an ability to clearly describe tradeoffs with users and engineers aboutcertain decisions and good balance with business discernment with a track record of driving

  • 7 years of related experience in digital communications strategy, product management and/or product development roles

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B Financial services experience  

  • Understanding of Communications landscape and proposed solutions

  • People leadership experience with managing direct report

  • Master's degree

Qualifications

Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
