For our Biopharma Planning & Control department, we’re in search of Senior Financial Analyst responsible for assisting in the preparation, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of International Biopharma Division Sales, Headcount & Operating expenses.

What your responsibilities will be

  • You will provide support for analysis and reporting of International Biopharma sales, including monthly rolling forecast, IBP Process and tool implementation.

  • You will provide assistance to the Regional Controllers and the International Commercial Organization in the execution of the International monthly and quarterly reporting processes.

  • You will assist in the International Budget and LRP processes, including analysis of Sales, Headcount & Opex, as well as preparation of Budget & LRP presentations

  • You will assist with BI (SAP Budget and reporting tool) uploads, developing and maintaining databases in EXCEL and SAP-BI based on output reports.

  • You will assist in the preparation of NPV modeling for new opportunities and business cases (Ad Hoc).

  • You will assist in the preparation of ad-hoc requests received from Corporate Planning & Control, Controlling, and Strategy Office.

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related.

  • Minimum of (5) years of well-rounded experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Corporate Accounting in a mid-tier or large publicly traded company in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Advanced English (C1.1.) and Spanish.

  • Excellent software skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, or similar FP&A tools.

  • Previous experience with SAP, BI tools or similar software a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and planning skills are required to effectively work along with different areas and upper management.

  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with the capability to prioritize and multi-task activities in a deadline-driven environment.
