Job Description
Scope:
- The primary function of the Soldermask Operator is to process each job in accordance with production traveler and work instructions to ensure that all processes are maintained in accordance with ISO procedures. Must have good communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast pace environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates soldermask coating machine (DP-1500), duties include start-up, operation, preventive maintenance and quality according to work instructions.
Process boards thru surface prep according work instructions.
Defect identification and classification.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to communicate with managers and supervisors.
Basic mathematical and reasoning ability required.
This position requires the individual to use and work with eye loupes and measurement instruments
Must be able to lift 25lbs. Practice proper lifting techniques at all times.
Requires standing for long periods of time.
Must have very good concentration and must be able remain focused with minor interruptions.
Education and Experience:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED desired
Required Experience:
At least 1-3 years' work experience of Soldermask coating background in lieu of educational requirement.
Basic computer skills a must.
