Overview

Compensation: $160,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Position Summary:

Oversees the MAC program, ensuring alignment with client’s goals. Manages the budget and resources to produce cost-effective execution of MAC projects.

Employee Management

  • Provide Daily schedule for MAC Techs

  • Keep Outlook Calendar updated

  • Coordinate with MAC Coordinator and PM’s on schedule

  • Manage timesheets of MAC Techs in BlueForce

  • Manage all MAC Tech Administrative Requests to include but not limited to

  • Cell Phones

  • Make Up Checks

  • Training (ABM/AGU)

  • PTO (Approval and Tracking)

Request Management

  • FSR/GSR/QC/Moves

  • Manage all Move’s and Meeting Set Ups to include gathering SOW, obtaining pricing from vendors, coordinating with vendors for set ups and resets, supervising vendors onsite performing work, quoting for services and materials as needed, providing all move documentation and completing ticket workflow through final close out

  • Manage all Facility Service Request (FSR) requests, outside of furniture requests, obtaining pricing from vendors, coordinating with vendors and customers for installs, supervising vendors onsite performing work, quoting for services and materials as needed, completing ticket workflow through final close out

  • Manage all GSR’s and QC’s in the FSR Database

  • Scheduling, customer contact, comments (min. weekly) and close out of tickets

  • Coordinate All-Hands meetings. Schedule and supervise set-ups and teardowns, POC for all vendors, customer contact for any issues before, during and after event

  • Perform Conference and Meeting Room Set Ups As Needed

  • Provide Furniture and equipment Set Ups for meetings As Needed

  • Provide Audio-Visual set-up and support for meetings As Needed

  • Provide relocation services and coordination As Needed

  • Hang Bulletin Boards, pictures and signage As Needed

  • Provide Spares for furniture keys

Inventory and Supplies

  • Ensure that on-site storage areas are maintained in a neat and orderly fashion

  • Take ownership of designated areas and ensure that all furniture is serviceable and orderly. Coordinate with vendor for any warranty issues.

  • Manage inventory for Facilities MAC surplus and provide a quarterly Inventory updates to the Site Manager
