Nvidia Senior Manager, Data Center Products - Ecosystem Enablement Sourcing Group in Santa Clara, California

We are looking for a Sr. Group Manager to lead our Global Ecosystem Enablement Team for Data Center Products. This position develops and executes strategies to enable our supply partners to effectively align with NV technology, new product development and ramp up capacity to support NVIDIA WW ecosystem requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You are a collaborative individual that empowers their team and embraces clear and direct communication and feedback

  • Develop the strategy and vision for Nvidia’s Ecosystem Enablement team; integrate internal and external ideas and best practices into an executable strategy to build best in class enablement team

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify ecosystem partners for each commodity

  • Build positive and productive relationships with partners to ensure alignment and successful collaboration

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape and serve as a subject matter expert on supplier solution, capability and scalability and manage complex the whole ecosystem engagement.

  • Drive partners’ investment to ensure enough WW capacity in place to support Nvidia GPU ramp

  • Performance-focused and coaches a motivated organization and can work and lead effectively across organizational boundaries, successfully balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders both within and outside the organization

What we need to see:

  • 15+ overall years supply chain and high-tech industry experience or related field and 5+ years of management experience

  • Extensive global sourcing leadership experience building and engaging global rack level commodity partners

  • Liquid cooling experience is definitely a plus

  • BA / BS (Masters preferred) or equivalent experience.

  • Exceptional negotiation and skills and in executive supplier management

  • Great communications and influencing skills working with engineering, finance, business units, and other supply chain functions

  • High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
