Job Title: Vehicle Performance Engineer

Location: Onsite, Santa Clarita, CA

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

What's the Job?

• Simulation of specific vehicle dynamics behaviors.

• Performance optimization of chassis setup parameters.

• Analysis of logged vehicle dynamics sensor data.

• Planning and execution of tests of vehicles and chassis subsystems on physical test rigs.

• Calibration and correlation of vehicle dynamics simulation models against real-world test data.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on dynamics preferred.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the professional motorsport industry, including internships.

• Proficiency in MATLAB programming for data processing and analysis.

• Excellent understanding of vehicle dynamics principles across suspension, tire, and aerodynamic domains.

• Strong experience in experiment design methods and statistical analysis of experimental data.
