Paramount Social Media Sr Manager in Sao Paolo, Brazil

At Paramount, we are looking for a Social Media Sr Manager to lead the social media strategy for Paramount+ in Brazil.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop a 360 social media content strategy and implement it with agency support.

  • Strategize content and campaigns for the main titles and brand initiatives.

  • Monitor KPIs and present metrics and analysis for internal stakeholders.

  • Increase followers and drive engagement to accomplish our goals.

  • Keep an eye (or two) on social trends and good local opportunities.

  • Bring a local flavor to international content.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agency.

  • Manage the agency relationship to guarantee compliance with the scope and manage adjustments or opportunities for improvement.

  • Anticipate issues, manage them with accountability, provide solutions or escalation management efficiently.

  • Build and sustain relationship with other areas and O&O brands.

  • Support other marketing initiatives, being open to create, help and work with different teams.

Requirements:

We are looking for social media experts with an advanced level of English and a strong background in entertainment. Spanish is a plus. If you are organized, self-motivated, and looking for a new challenge, we want to meet you!
