Overview:The Human Resources Administrator reports directly to the Director of HRIS and is responsible for assisting with various processes and administration for the department and executive.

Job Description:Essential Functions

  • As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our people initiatives, promoting HR functional excellence, and seeking process improvement.

  • Organize and prepare complex documents and associate letters

  • Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.

  • Develop and maintain efficient reporting, recordkeeping, and accurate, up-to-date information.

  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects

  • HR administration for employee job and status changes

  • Oversee new hire preparations and set-up, inclusive of orientation

  • Maintain team calendar and support the facilitation of team meetings

  • Coordinate travel and accommodations as required

  • Assist managers and associates with daily HR questions, needs, and inquiries.

  • Guide our teams to the right resources to ensure a quality and timely solution.

  • Identify key trends and contribute to creating HR insights that diagnose business issues, enhance employee engagement, and/or improve business performance.

  • Support the needs of all HR training programs, including scheduling, communication, rosters, and travel accommodations.

  • Provide monthly tracking on HR training completion

  • Responsible for gathering and shipping all necessary support materials to the training location

  • Support on-site needs for training, including prep, set up, and tear down

  • Provide administrative support to the CHRO

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years of HR or customer service experience desired

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: outlook, word, excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong business writing and communication skills

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Self-starter and solution-oriented

  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
