Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong understanding and practical experience in various systems. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set including a strong grasp on electrical systems, hydraulics, mechanical systems, robotics, process/injection molding, and PLC/computers. You should be able to efficiently diagnose and repair issues, working collaboratively with leads and other team members. Knowledge in operating and troubleshooting miscellaneous systems such as rigging, plowing, material systems, and chilled water systems would be an added advantage.

Hard Skills

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical and hydraulic systems

• Experience in disassembling and reassembling machine parts

• Understanding and programming robotic systems

• Operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines

• Diagnosing and replacing faulty parts in programmable controllers, automation equipment, and computer systems

• Ability to troubleshoot miscellaneous systems like rigging, plowing, material systems, and chilled water systems

Soft Skills

• Strong collaborative skills

• Ability to work effectively with leads and other team members

• Confidence in handling machine parts and making minor program changes

Schedule is a 2-2-3. 7a-7p or 7p-7a
