Description

Robert Half is on a mission to find a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our esteemed client's team in the Sayreville, New Jersey area. This role is centered around facilitating project tasks, safeguarding adherence to project timelines, and delivering admirable administrative assistance when required.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead and control all project facets from inception to culmination.

• Operate as the prime liaison for all inquiries related to the project.

• Converge with both internal and external collaborators to guarantee all project elements are in sync.

• Formulate, sustain, and tweak project blueprints, schedules, and other project-related paperwork.

• Assess project progression and implement necessary adjustments to endorse successful execution.

• Pinpoint potential threats and challenges, providing suitable resolutions when required.

• Arrange, attend, and participate actively in project discussions.

• Document crucial actions and decisions from meetings, ensuring prompt follow-up.

• Enforce project compliance with established frameworks, maintaining proper documentation for each project.

• Aid in shaping project goals, involving all pertinent stakeholders and warranting technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in administrative assistance required.

• Timberline Sage 300 CRE experience required.

• Demonstrable experience in project coordination or related roles.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.

• Demonstrable problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong understanding of the service industry.
