Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as a communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining precise records and documentation, overseeing and replenishing supplies, and executing quality assurance tasks. This role also includes supporting the onboarding and training of new staff members, gathering and preparing patient history information, managing and organizing laboratory data, offering follow-up instructions, handling advanced telephone triage, and engaging in research projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Maintain precise records and documentation

• Oversee and replenish supplies

• Execute quality assurance tasks as assigned

• Support the onboarding and training of new staff members

• Gather and prepare patient history information

• Manage and organize laboratory data

• Offer follow-up instructions

• Handle advanced telephone triage

• Engage in research projects

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
