Join us to lead a team that supports day-to-day operations across multiple countries, particularly in ensuring strict compliance with regulatory, industrial, and trade rules.
Your Role
Your role will be to lead a team to oversee regulatory matters, manage supply chain integrity by investigating quality events and ensuring effective corrective actions, and drive improvements in data performance and quality across operational processes. Additionally, the team will manage the translation of regulatory requirements into operational requirements and work with key stakeholders to create / modify processes, tools, and standards.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operational support across multiple countries, particularly in ensuring compliance with all regulatory, industrial, and trade rules.
Lead a team of subject matter experts to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational requirements.
Manage the investigation of Quality Events in the supply chain, ensuring corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) are executed to the highest standards.
Drive initiatives to improve data performance and quality across operational processes, with a focus on both internal and carrier data.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks and standards for operational and regulatory compliance.Monitor adherence to regulations and ensure continuous improvement in compliance and operational quality.
Your Skills and Experiences
Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
Proficiency in Project Management
High level of analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication. collaboration and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Regulatory compliance and expertise
Professional fluency in English
