We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) who is passionate about driving our customers’ application innovation & AI transformation using the Microsoft Power Platform. As part of this role, you will be responsible for technical customer engagements, working with the most challenging and exciting projects within Power Platform and Microsoft Azure customer base. This customer-facing position is a hands-on technical role spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges. You will enable customers to achieve their business outcomes on enterprise use-cases with low code and AI. You will work with customers to lead deep technical architecture discussions and engage with senior customer executives, enterprise architects, platform engineers and developers. You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to develop pilots and oversee implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are removed on adoption. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities

  • As a trusted advisor, the role involves understanding customers' business and IT priorities to build low code applications with Power Platform, including governance, line of business applications and AI integration.

  • Be the customer's voice to engineering, accelerating solution delivery through reviews and PoCs, and supporting customer skilling through recommendations, workshops, and ensuring deployed solutions are performant, secure, scalable, maintainable, and reliable.

  • Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results & help Customers get value from their Microsoft investments in Power Platform and related (AI) services.

  • Proactively engage with customers/partners to leverage Microsoft's product knowledge and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities, and collaboration with other Cloud Solution Architects and partners to develop complex Enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Cloud platform.

  • Continuously learn new technologies and services aligned with customer needs, including Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Copilot Studio, APIM, Azure OpenAI, and general low code development practices.

  • Ensure governance and security is being setup appropriately for customers to enable more of the enterprise developers and citizen developers on the Power Platform and cloud integration.

  • Shares ideas, insights, and strategic technical input with technical teams and internal communities. Participates in external technical community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons).

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs):

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years’ experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies 

  • 2+ years of success in either consulting, cloud application architecture and low code/no code app delivery required. Strong understanding of low code/no code solutions market trends and value proposition. Enterprise-scale technical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, architecture capabilities, implementation requirements, integrations, and future roadmap.

  • Experience in and understanding of large-scale enterprise-wide digital transformation using low code.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Understanding of the advancements in AI (generative AI capabilities such as Azure OpenAI) and how that can be combined with low code.

  • Deep domain expertise on application development in various industries, best practices and DevOps, especially as it relates to no-code/low-code development required.

  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).Certification in the following technologies preferred:

  • Power Platform, i.e., PL-400 (Required) PL – 600 (Recommended).

  • One or more Azure certifications.

  • Knowledge of other Low code development platforms and an understanding of the overall low code landscape.
