Candidate should be detailed oriented, experienced, well organized & be able to meet schedules & deadlines. We are looking for a goal-driven individual with ability to visualize & understand the building steps in projects. This position requires interfacing with architects, engineers, detailers, project management & suppliers.

The candidate must be experienced at estimating new projects & pricing change orders on existing contracts. Understand bid instructions, construction documents, specifications, preparing take offs for the labor & materials to perform the project. Estimate all necessary labor, materials, buyout items & field erection costs to include all equipment such as cranes, lifts, etc. Communicate with vendors for lead times & pricing on products & submittals that need to be incorporated into bids. Prepare all documents, proposals & change orders.
