We are seeking a BI Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and drive informed business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining PowerBI reports, semantic models, and workspaces, ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and usability of our BI environment. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, provide PowerBI training for citizen developers, and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Top 5 things to deliver in the first year to be a hero: Data Visualization - You will create visually appealing PowerBI reports, dashboards, and applications to make complex data insights easy to understand. PowerBI Environment Maintenance, Governance, and Auditing - You will establish governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within the BI platform. Additionally, you will monitor the PowerBI Environment and the reports within to ensure optimal performance, business relevance, and usage meet expectations and adjust the environment when necessary. Data Modeling and Transformation - You will make a significant impact by designing and implementing data models that support PowerBI reporting needs, ensuring efficient data retrieval and analysis. PowerBI Training and Adoption Advocate - You will engage with all levels and functions across the organization. You will conduct training sessions and workshops for internal stakeholders and citizen developers, focusing on PowerBI usage, best practices, and advanced features.
