A Day in the Life of the Business Operations Coordinator: Collecting, and analyzing operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making. Analyzing and optimizing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency. Facilitating communication between different departments, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels. Coordinate with outside sources to ensure submitted data reflects an accurate depiction of performance while making recommendations for process improvement for current and future metrics collection systems. Provide business analysis support and assist with business requirements documentation to ensure effective delivery of system and operational changes. Educates and promotes a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with process owners / champions to drive improved results. What You Bring to the Table: Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly, including the operational understanding of telecommunications ordering/provisioning, billing/accounting processes, and general project management principles. Must have strong organizational skills and be excellent with details and follow-up. High competency in both verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills to interact effectively with different types of people and approaches, outgoing and proactive in order to accomplish tasks. Flexibility, ability to multitask and prioritize requests from several different sources without sacrificing quality of work, and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment. Strong computer literacy, with the ability to leverage technology associated with the job (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Tableau). Strong data analytics experience on large-scale complicated datasets, including expertise in handling sales data such as pipeline, revenue, and churn.
