The Chief of Staff reports directly to the President of Stanley and plays a crucial role in supporting the executive team in driving the company's strategic priorities, business optimization and growth objectives. This role is both advisory and operational and requires strategic aptitude, analytical skills, and strong project management skills. You must be able to collaborate with global leaders across the organization to drive operational efficiencies, influence cross-collaboration efforts and unlock opportunities. This role has high visibility and high impact and will be a critical in driving the organization's performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Strategy Alignment and Support Partner with leaders and teams to support the development, alignment, and delivery of strategies and plans. Lead the strategic planning process to create operational cadence and an organizational drumbeat for Global Stanley teams. Work with both internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing business processes, decision making, meeting effectiveness and communications. Act as a link with all business touch points to acquire, analyze and formulate data necessary to deliver content to senior leaders. Act as advisor and offer insights and analysis to assist in decision making. This includes researching and evaluating potential opportunities or challenges followed by recommendations. Serve as GLT proxy in key internal meetings as well as managing relationships with agencies and external partners. Project Management Manage and streamline rhythm of the business including centralized tracking of all project plans, milestones, and dependencies. Provide structure support across multiple functional areas to the delivery process and execution of confidential operational tasks, special projects, and complex issues. Support the development and/or implementation of brand wide projects and programs. Support ad hoc requests to assist with the needs of the GLT and its partners. Research industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to assist in long-range planning. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics. Executive Meeting Preparation, Planning and Support Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, and communication (including weekly leadership meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and planning meetings.) Plan, execute, and participate in key executive internal and external meetings. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive and customer meetings. Act as enterprise level connection between ownership group leaders, Board of Advisors, and Business Units. Qualifications. Strong self-initiative and independence, while able to work collaboratively across a broad set of stakeholders. Strategic thinking and high judgement. Balance of instincts, data, and tradeoffs. Enthusiasm for taking on multiple projects simultaneously, and able to determine priorities. Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills. Experience with stakeholder management at all levels of an organization. Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex projects from conception to completion. A solid understanding of the consumer product industry and market trends. Bachelor's degree in business or similar; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in
