Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of the project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project/program. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Responsibilities
Assigned multiple programmatic design changes that they will be responsible for.
Ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment of the change.
Evaluating the technical readiness of the change.
Communicating with leadership within the business.
General maintenance of PCM tools used to track their programs.
Essential Skills
Project management experience in construction engineering.
Smart sheets experience.
8+ years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or related field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Professional engineering license.
Project management professional certification in addition to PE.
Experience managing projects of similar size and complexity to data centers.
Graduate degree.
Project management certification.
Work Environment
The role involves daily interaction with the hiring manager, weekly stand-up meetings with the entire team, multiple sync meetings with various groups throughout the week, and a daily stand-up call for initiatives that the team is part of. The work environment is fast-paced, challenging, and fun. The team is uniquely positioned within design engineering and interacts broadly with multiple stakeholder groups. This role involves real-time innovation with infrastructure projects. The team works globally across APAC, EMEA, and other regions, managing programmatic design changes for data centers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $79.00/hr.
