Meta Finance Manager, Infrastructure Data Center Seattle, Washington
Summary:
Meta is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Data Center Finance & Business Planning (FBP) team. The FBP team's mission is to enable Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute as effectively as possible by providing an independent and objective perspective on data-driven decisions, always advocating for intellectual honesty.As a Finance Manager, you will support the Data Center team, which designs, builds, and operates Meta's global data center infrastructure footprint. This role offers wide exposure to leaders across both the data center and Finance organizations, providing opportunities to contribute to well-informed business decisions.

Finance Manager, Infrastructure Data Center Responsibilities:
Support FP&A activities for the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Data Centers.
Partner closely with the Energy and Net Zero teams at Meta to track, analyze and report on the total renewable energy portfolio, energy operating expenses and sustainability investments across the company.
Drive month-end reporting and create variance commentaries to analyze actual financial performance versus budgets and forecasts.
Perform analyses to provide ad hoc decision support, such as evaluating implications of growth strategies, identifying efficiency improvements, and more.
Responsible for leading and developing a small team of high-performing associates/analysts.
Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, business strategy, or analytics.
Understanding of data center infrastructure, energy, and/or related markets.
Demonstrated experience in excel and building financial models for analyzing large amounts of data and translating it into actionable insights.
Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with executive leadership across organizations.
Detail-oriented and experience multi-tasking and shifting priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines.
Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with executive leadership
Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity

Familiarity in Infrastructure Energy and/or Data Center construction and operations
MBA, CFA, CPA qualifications preferred
Public Compensation:
$142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
