Description POSITION SUMMARY: The IT department at Milliman Global Corporate Services (GCS) is looking for an IT Licensing Administrator who can handle various tasks related to purchasing, invoicing, budget-tracking, and license management. The person in this role will be working with IT leadership, different teams, IT administrators, and systems to ensure that the purchasing and invoicing processes are efficient and accurate. This person will ensure enterprise licenses are allocated and tracked properly, and that the budget-supporting reports are updated and communicated regularly. This person will also be responsible for finding and implementing improvements for current processes and documentation. This position is an individual contributor and reports to the Senior Manager of IT Business Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Get a quote from vendors and convert the quote to a purchase order. Match the purchase order to an invoice and move the purchase order to a delivered status. Process all GCS IT invoices for payment, by allocating invoices to the appropriate cost centers and GL codes. Move purchase orders to a closed or completed status, where applicable. Update budget-tracking workbooks with renewal information - quantity, costs, and terms. Ensure that the documentation for the purchasing and invoicing processes is current and compliant. Find and implement improvements for the purchasing and invoicing processes and documentation. Manage enterprise licenses by using inventory reports to assign and allocate licenses to individuals and their related cost centers. Create any necessary allocation statements for enterprise licenses. Provide status and updates for current and future budgets related to purchasing and licensing. Other duties as assigned. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: The ideal candidate must have minimum Four years of experience working in a similar capacity. The ideal candidate must have advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivots, IF functions. The ideal candidate must be good with details and tracking items across multiple systems and/or platforms. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks. Must be organized and efficient. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Experience with IT Asset Management systems. LOCATION: This is a remote position. The expected application deadline for this job is August 15th, 2024.
