The Sales Enablement Manager (SEM) contributes to Astound's success by providing sales leaders and sales representatives with the tools, materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Responsibilities include deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance. This individual will report to the Vice President of Sales and Market Development for the West Region. Where you will work: This opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely, or hybrid at a Seattle or La Conner Astound office, or a combination of both, with the ability to travel into the nearest market 1-2x per quarter or as needed Duties and Responsibilities: Focuses on three core pillars; onboarding, everboarding existing sales representatives and enabling sales leaders to deliver effective tools, resources and content that align and unite strategies to make selling easier Advance Mobile sales integration to deliver incremental new customer acquisition and sell-in strategies across all local Astound West Direct Sales and Retail Sales channels Manage, maintain, and as well as continue to develop and expand CRM tools such as; Salesforce, Sensource and or Sugar as applicable to create scalable sales models and KPIs that can be implemented and evaluated to initiate a higher capacity of prospect engagement and or visibility on various initiatives via door to door, through MDU relationships and or in-store to cultivate increased sales velocity and better returns on the utilization of sponsorship dollars across each unique sales channel Create a regional cadence by channel for onboarding in partnership with L&D and Sales management to create consistency and alignment in executing training plans and tool usage to ensure new sellers successfully assimilate in to their role during their ramp period, completing all required training classes, field ride alongs etc. Additionally partners with L&D and senior leadership to develop and roll out ongoing material and sales content by channel that support variable sales objectives that focus on key initiatives e.g. overcoming customer objections, increasing sell-in or top down selling, SIK usage, competition, product knowledge, bundle selling, KPIs etc. Establish innovative programs that support everboarding to recognize job knowledge, growth, and productivity to increase standards and bridge gaps in performance Develop reporting and measure end-to-end sales performance from lead sources including, but, not limited to,; closed lost leads, E-com "abandoned cart" via Zendesk and CHM new addresses, as well as exploration in to customer win-back opportunities A go- to resource for Data warehouse, tableau, knowledgeable wit
