Description We are looking for a meticulous FP& A Manager to join our team located in SEGUIN, Texas. The FP& A Manager will be primarily responsible for writing and running financial reports, managing databases and data, and understanding the financial side of operations. This role involves working with Oracle EPM and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial reports using Oracle EPM

• Handle data management and database understanding tasks

• Understand and interpret financial data and layouts

• Work on the finance side of operations, including revenue sales

• Develop trending reports and KPI reports

• Manage Cost Center Report, Balance Sheet, and Income Statement

• Utilize skills in Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, CRM, and Data Mining Techniques

• Handle EPM, Accounting Functions, Annual Budget, Budget Processes, Business Unit, and Capital Management

• Resolve issues related to the front end of the EPM

• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Requirements • Proven expertise in Adaptive Insights and Anaplan software platforms

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Demonstrable experience with data mining techniques

• Familiarity with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools

• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions

• Experience in preparing and managing an annual budget

• Proficiency in budget processes and financial forecasting

• Ability to work effectively with various business units

• Experience in capital management strategies and implementation

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data
