Amazon Account Manager (TBAM/Mass management), Amazon Global Selling Korea in Seoul, South Korea

Description

We are looking for a results-driven account manager with retail experience to drive Korea-based sellers to maximize their business in Amazon Global marketplaces. The Account Manager will have the ability to gather insights by diving deep into data to deliver results. The Account Manager is responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance of sellers at scale, looking deep into various data sets to find ways to drive revenue generation.

The individual must be comfortable with looking at large data sets and work across all relevant cross-functional teams with effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives.

Key job responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with data to drive Amazon product adoption at scale and help Sellers grow their business with various programs

  • Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement.

  • Diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.

  • Define opportunities and goals (Input/Output) within the portfolio of accounts.

  • Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience

  • Experience with Excel

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts

  • Cross-border experience is preferred
