This position is part of the Clinical IT Team located in Seoul, South Korea and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Clinical IT Team and report to the Clinical IT Supervisor responsible for Middleware and four important automation clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with the Sales and Marketing team in achieving the target for Lab. Automation System

• Provide middleware program for chemistry, immunoassay, hematology etc.. Install and manage BC`s unique automation program, Cnx and M/W

• Analyze laboratory workflow and process. Understand all the Lab automation system.

• Demonstrate the ability to analyze and evaluate s/w installation and program development.

• Interacting with global teams to promote consistency and maximize synergies across common software platform.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software development or a related IT, computer, or operations field.

• Experience in VB.NET programming and in-depth knowledge of LIS & EMR System.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Device control using interfaces such as TCP/IP and RS232

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with database technologies, such as SQL and MySQL databases.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Experience in s/w design to interface hardware component

• Experience in programming language C#

• Familiarity with management tools such as SVN

• Excellent communication skills in English as well as Korean is essential, both verbally and written.
