What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

• Align with selfcare strategy, be responsible for manufacturing equipment’s reliability, efficiency, and compliance, and continuously improve to meet business goals.

• Responsible for maintenance management for manufacturing equipment, include maintenance planning, work order management, PM, spare parts, calibration… Minimize the production impaction as equipment failure.

• Establish capital and expense budgets for production capacity and maintenance in line with business objectives.

• Responsible for the investigation, design and execution of renovation projects.

• Build up maintenance talent pool for future.

• Comply with GMP, environmental, safety and health standards.

• Comply with the company's rules and regulations and the provisions of HCC.

• According to company's complaint process, it has the obligation to turn the customer complaint phone to related departments effectively and timely treatment.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, major in pharmaceutical engineering or machinery, mechanical manufacturing, electrical, mechanical and electrical integration

• At least 5 years of experience in Supervision / Management roles in maintenance function at pharma company

• With strong sense of quality and EHS, be familiar with the manufacturing equipment maintenance management experience in pharma industry.

• With maintenance excellence knowledge, focus on reliability, preventive maintenance & spare parts management.

• Have ability on innovation, strategy thinking and lean manufacturing.

• Leadership refers to global competency model.

• Good professional qualities, team spirit and communication ability, have a strong sense of responsibility, have the dedication spirit.

• With fluent English on read, write and communicate.

Desired Qualifications

• Familiar with pharmaceutical factory equipment management, EHS, GMP compliance, with manufacturing and facilities experience is preferred.
