In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Accounting control on DMC (w/ branch office), CEV and HK holding companies to make sure China Corp entities with zero audit/tax issue and no EY audit adjustments.

· Support Corp US finance and treasury team to deal with HK holding companies’ daily payment and monthly financial reporting.

· Compliance control on DMC/CEV business, set and maintain accounting policy, finance procedures, SOP to make sure team well execute the control accordingly.

· Work with Corp HR to deal with stock option.

· Work with DMC tax team to explore China tax opportunities and risks, such as tax newsletter sharing; manage tax class; EWAP and Premium projects tax support.

· Manage China Corp comprehensive cross charge procedure to support real cases to save the tax fee, both for above OP and below the line.

· Maturely Communicate with internal and external customers to support OpCo, such as new legal entity set up, subsidy application, GOI.

· Deal with DMC and CEV budget and forecast and make sure annual/ quarterly/monthly/daily financial report summited timely and accurately.

· Monthly track DMC spending by owner and communicate with cost center leaders to overall control the budgeting.

· Support Equity Venter US finance team on CEV budgeting, forecast, financial data collection, and impairment accounting treatment and accounting daily support.

· Support Corp strategic initiative including new OpCo integration, Spin off projects.

· Manage DMC accounting team, set individual objectives and review performance, develop and retain talent.

· Support China finance excellence director and treasure manager projects.

· Ad hoc projects

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Finance/Accounting degree Qualified and CPA/ACCA (or equivalent) from well recognized university.

· 6+ years' work experience in finance/auditing, US MNC or big 4 preferred

· Be familiar with China accounting, tax law and legal compliance requirements with practice experience.

· Good knowledge of internal control in daily business

· Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.

· Excellent computer skills including MS office, etc.

· High integrity, out of box thinking, a quick learner and a process-oriented mind-set.
