You will lead a small team of creative professionals, overseeing the development and execution of impactful campaigns, leveraging digital channels and data-driven insights to enhance Sanofi's employer brand and attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing activities, ensure high quality execution of activities in line with Sanofi's global brand identity and strategy.

  • Lead and manage the content development and execution of engaging recruitment marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to ensure a consistent, impactful employer brand that attracts top talent and creates exceptional candidate experiences.

  • Manage relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external platform vendors to ensure seamless content management, platform updates, and optimal utilization of recruitment marketing technologies to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and digital assets.

  • Manage and optimize campaign execution across various digital platforms, including social media, job boards, and Sanofi's career site, bringing together your team of content and platform coordinators.

  • Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance, measure content effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Partner closely with stakeholders, including the Employer Brand COE, Recruiters and in market Employer Branding teams, to understand and support their needs to tailor campaigns to different talent pools and regions.

  • Oversee the allocation of work within the Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing team to ensure efficient project delivery.

  • Be a brand guardian: ensuring all activities align with global brand guidelines and deliver training for recruiters, employee advocates, and stakeholders.

About you

You are a creative and strategic leader with a passion for employer branding and a deep understanding of recruitment marketing best practices. You have a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful campaigns that attract top talent. You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to build relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels. You are also a skilled coach and mentor, able to guide and develop a team of creative professionals.

  • Experience :

  • Proven track record of leading an employer branding or recruitment marketing team within a large, complex organization.

  • Experience executing successful employer branding global strategy and recruitment marketing campaigns.

  • Previous oversight of maintaining an organization’s digital platforms to ensure effective communication of their employer brand and value proposition.

  • Soft and technical skills :

  • Excellent creative thinking and content development skills, with experience in multi-format content creation.

  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of employer branding principles, digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices.

  • Data analytical skills to feed recruitment data into campaign optimization and provide data-driven insights to enhance employer branding efforts.

  • Understanding of candidate relationship management (CRM) systems and Content Management systems (CMS).

  • Languages : Fluent Mandarin and English
