JOB PURPOSE:

This is a leadership position with full P&L responsibility for Tizeld Franchise.This role will lead and drive the strategic direction of Tizeld in China. This requires a dynamic leader who can navigate the complex Chinese pharmaceutical market, maximize patient benefits, and demonstrate our commitment to the Chinese market.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Tizeld Sales and marketing

• Develop and execute the strategy for the Tizeld franchise in China, aligning with global objectives while addressing local market needs

• Collaborate with global teams to ensure coherence between global and local Tizeld strategies

• Lead the team responsible for Tizeld products management in China, from launch preparation to market growth, oversee the commercialization of Tizeld in China

• Drive innovation and growth of Tizeld, ensure the achievement of targeted business goals, including sales, operating expenses, and profitability

• Analyze Chinese market trends, competitive landscape, and patient needs to inform strategic decisions

• Optimize resource allocation to maximize Tizeld's potential in China

Leadership:

• Driving effective partnerships with support functions in a matrix organization, such as P&C, Finance, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure alignment around the goals and priorities set

• Inspire, motivate, and develop the team by fostering a culture of high performance, strict compliance, patient-centricity, and entrepreneurial spirit

JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Minimum bachelor degree, MBA is preferred

• Major in medical or related medicine science is preferred

Experience & knowledge & Competencies:

• Broad experience working in China and solid understanding of the evolving healthcare environment in China

• Solid experience of Marketing, Sales, BD, and/or Strategic planning is preferred

• Strong influential ability to work successfully in highly matrixed organization

• Ability to build a team and to leverage skills in a matrix organization

• Good capability to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing industry environment and practices

• Business integrity and work ethics

• Good command of both written and oral English
