The Manager, FF&E Procurement (Hilton Garden Inn) - Greater China & Mongolia reports into the Director, FF&E Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. The primary responsibilities are to negotiate, execute and manage supplier partnerships for Hilton’s Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) programs for Hilton Garden Inn Hotel (HGI) in Greater China. Team member is responsible for providing critical expertise to all internal and stakeholders on the roll out and maintenance of Hilton’s FF&E programs.

What will I be doing?

As the Manager, FF&E Procurement (HGI) – Greater China & Mongolia, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Guide and facilitate the franchisees/managed owners and suppliers to follow the procurement programs via using the tools or system provided by Hilton.

Support FF&E maintenance programs; frequently communicate with suppliers/manufacturers and cross-functional teams to maintain the FF&E product and service quality to the projects.

Support Project Procurement service for franchisees of HGI China.

Support procurement platform development.

Effectively manage supplier contacts and product info, inclusive of catalogue content, product specifications, photographs and descriptions, pricing and file retention.

Mock-up Room inspection or Bulk order inspection and produce inspection reports on time.

Support the product validation service to owners and franchisees.

Maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders including AD&C team and ID consultants.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 7 years of project procurement / supplier (design, furniture, etc) experience in hospitality environment.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

• Able to supervise and coach junior team members.
• Able to lead other team members and provide guidance on projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of business fundamentals.
• Ability to understand and evaluate shop drawings and architectural drawings.
• Strong sense of urgency and customer service.
• Be able prioritize responsibilities when faced with multiple, fast paced projects.
• Knowledge on innovation and trends in the industry.
• Global supply chain and procurement management experience.
