Description

Amazon Global Selling (AGS) in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Brand Owner Marketing focuses on recruiting branded sellers to grow and leverage brand building and brand protection tools/features to achieve greater success on Amazon. We’re now seeking a customer-centered, data-driven, deadline-oriented content marketing manager to drive Amazon’s unaided brand awareness among prospect CN brand owners, engage them for brand building mindset and equity building-up, and drive them to adopt Amazon products to smoothly onboard brand building journey on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

Research and Analysis: Conducts research to support status-quo analysis, marketing strategy creation to ensure the messaging aligns with audience perceptions.

Content Creation: Develops high-quality content such as white papers, articles, and case studies that educate the prospect CN brand owners.

Strategic Partnership: Develops partnership with associations/influencers to change perception and drive behavior change thought high quality thought leadership.

Campaign Development: Plans and executes campaigns that aim to shift perceptions and enhance brand reputation.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Plans and executes go-to-market strategies for product launches, collect brand owners’ feedback and insights, helping to refine product features and marketing strategies.

About the team

Brand Owner Marketing is a central PMM function to drive Seller awareness, confidence, and know-how of building brands on & off Amazon. We are responsible for the full funnel brand owner experience, from brand equity build-up, brand identity and awareness enhancement, to brand loyalty and omni-channel brand strategy.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience in marketing or marketing research

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience in partnership and product marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
