Amazon Senior Program Ops Manager, Global Sales Support in Shanghai, China

Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers' success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated program ops manger to join the central PMO team. The ideal candidate is eager to lean to customers, has a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and has best-in-class oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be strong at performing deep dives to derive insights on Seller behaviors, identify key pain points and needs from Seller perspective, and drive programs and initiatives to continuously improve Sellers' experience.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Work cross functionally with global stakeholder teams to define the ideal seller experience on supply chain operations for a new fulfillment channel.

  2. Develop and manage a mechanism to educate sellers and internal teams on the operation rules and product/program features.

  3. Help Sellers to deep dive the issues and provide resolutions.

  4. Drive continuous process improvement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

  • Experience in business-process design or equivalent

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
