Job Description

We are looking for Product Specialist that will represent the GSD/CSD, technical supporting Clinical customers of QPCR, dPCR, CE, MA and NGS product lines. Together we will drive revenue and exceed targets.

• Elevates the customer’s curiosity about the products. Identify customer opportunities, needs and requirements, drive business growth. Response for business target, by directly working with customers on selected portfolio focus.

• Provide technical pre-sale support such as technical proposal, field seminars, in-depth technical and clinical application conversations with customers to acquire and retain customers.

• Collect, process, and disseminate market feedback and competitive intelligence to support evolution of our products.

• Work with sales teams, marketing, support team and other functions, to help to analyze impact, counter measures, either for short term or long-term business strategy.

• Field travel is required (50% or more).
