Your Role: Serve as Key Interface between the Sheboygan/Milwaukee sites, Value Chain, Other Sites, Supply Chain, and Supply Chain teams to ensure a seamless integration of the Operation and Supply Chain with Commercial and Value Chain Team. Work with IBM Teams and IBM Process to ensure the End-to-End Value Chain which will support business objectives and goals. Serve as non-commercial lead to successfully communicate and implement (when necessary) area projects to meet or exceed service and profitability goals set by the Value Chain and business. Support and develop Value & Supply Chain and Business Process Improvement initiatives and projects to improve flow materials in the end-to-end process. Support Global IT and Business Process Improvement initiatives Support projects to improve end to end connectivity ensuring seamless interface between multiple ERP systems Oversee multi-Site and department projects associated with IBM, SOE and business process improvements Project responsibilities to include project scoping, project justification, project management and project execution with the goal of completing projects on time and on budget to meet the needs of the business and deliver expected outcomes Work across multiple SNP, Demand Planning, Product Management and Site Departments. Miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline 5+ years of direct supplier management, supply chain, or operations team or project management experience Preferred Qualifications: Project management skills and experience with cross-functional teams Experience with ERP and Supply Chain; knowledge of SAP and Logistics Ability to develop operational policies and procedures including metrics and reporting Skilled in End to End management Excellent decision-making skills Outstanding Process analysis and improvement related skills Superior analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to effectively prioritize and meet timelines Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with and use of Microsoft Office tools Ability to negotiate and influence others to gain buy-in (i.e., without having direct authority) Ability to build effective working relationships throughout the organization The Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
