Lead the property management team, including, recruit, hire, train and evaluate team members. Assure the communities within your portfolio maintain compliance with government regulations. Review monthly financial statements and prepare variance reports. Complete regular inspections to ensure that communities are operating in an efficient, cost-effective, and fiscally responsible manner. Recommend and implement annual operating goals, market programs, rental rates, and maintenance programs. Negotiate service contracts for the communities. Act as Property Manager for one or more communities in the absence of on-site management. Determine prospective resident\'s needs through phone calls, apartment tours, and internet marketing using selling techniques. Maintain relationships with partners, resident service coordinator, and community. Adhere to established Fair Housing policies. Regional Property Manager Qualifications: Must have a valid driver\'s license and ability to travel throughout the Sheboygan and Green Bay areas. Occasionally must be able to travel to Madison. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor\'s degree preferred. Five years Property Management or equivalent experience required. Experience as a Regional Manager preferred.
