Why You Will Love this Job: Rehlko is looking for a Sr. Project Engineer to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. This role involves providing technical and design direction in the development of custom generator sets. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of generator control systems, switchgear, transfer switches, communications, and power electronics. You will collaborate with sales, application engineering, design engineering, procurement, and production teams to engineer and design customer-specific generator sets and power systems. Specific Responsibilities: * Lead the design and development of custom generator sets and power systems. * Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Develop and review technical documentation and specifications. * Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality. * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. * Coordinate with procurement to source necessary components and materials. * Support production teams during the manufacturing process. * Participate in customer meetings to understand and address their technical requirements. * Stay updated with the latest advancements in generator technology and power systems. Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a Design Engineer-related occupation. * Telecommuting/work from home is permitted within commutable distances. * Up to 10% domestic travel required. The Salary range for this position is \$89,800 - 114,100. The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate\'s experience, their education, and the work location.
