Pay Rate: $16-$19/hr.

Position Overview: As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. You will work closely with nursing staff to deliver exceptional care, assist with daily activities, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

  • Help patients with mobility, including transferring and positioning.

  • Provide support and companionship to patients, addressing their emotional and psychological needs.

  • Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

  • Report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.

  • Follow infection control procedures and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Michigan.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
