Kuehne+Nagel Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist in Singapore, Singapore
You will be handle and assist clients in all phases of consignment preparation. Handle, coordinate and monitor all QuickSTAT Client and Operational activities within Asia Pacific (except Australia, New Zealand) ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
Your Role
You also will be responsible in coordinate and monitor all QuickSTAT live network activities ensuring adherence to agreed rate structures and pricing policies. To work collaboratively with Client Account Management, Sales, other control stations, and LSPs to ensure maximum client satisfaction
Your Responsibilities
Attend to queries from operations and other control stations pertaining to milestone updates, service deviations and other events within Asia Pacific (except Australia, New Zealand).
Escalate service issues to management
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients.
Working in conjunction with the pricing team to provide clients with requested quotations in a timely manner.
Providing assistance to and working alongside Customer Relationship Managers to ensure client satisfaction and prompt actioning of client bookings & enquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
To, on a daily basis, ensure Network / Vendor partner compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structures.
Flexibility within the job role to work additional hours if necessary.
Effective communication with all staff and cooperation within the senior management team.
Seek appropriate support as necessary.
Your Skills and Experiences
Specialist (Biopharm) Courier Operations Experience
Customer Services Experience
Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport
Excellent understanding of World Geography
Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders
Knowledge of country specific rules and regulations relating to the Importation and Exportation of pharmaceutical products
Awareness of time zones for different regions
Understanding of transit milestones (COB/POD etc)
Negotiation and problem-solving skills / Teamwork skills and strong self-motivation ability / Good numeric / financial ability
Ability to work well under pressure / Excellent time management skill / Ability to motivate and lead a team
Good computer skills; Word / Excel / PowerPoint essential / Analytical ability / Communication skills / Management skills / Decision-making ability / Planning and organizing
