We are hiring for an Art Director Intern from October 2024 with a minimum commitment of 6 months on full-time basis (5-days work week ). Please indicate your available dates in your Cover Letter and submit your CV together with unofficial transcripts.

Core Responsibilities

Together with the creative team in The LEGO Agency Asia (Singapore), the role of Art Director Intern provides support to the concept creative team as part of the creative development interface of the LEGO Agency APAC into the BU marketing partners.

The strategy and creative team is responsible for working very closely with the market BU marketing teams, translating their marketing requirements/calendar into campaign needs and operational plan for the APAC hub, delivering high quality work to our consumers and shoppers.

The role will require strong interpersonal & out of box thinking, plus inquisitity mindset to learn and contribute collaboratively to the team.

  • Creative Support: Overall strategy and creative support, follow up on progress and support on projects, risks, problem solving, challenge new requests and future demand, center of daily business, status reporting

  • Strategic thinking: ability to translate insights into strategy and partner with creative team on conceptualization – from brief of concept through to delivery.

  • Collaborator: success in the core project team team all comes down to effective collaboration and communications through individuals.

The LEGO Agency is sits are part of the Product and Market development area at TLG and is part of the organisation that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group, covering 4 main regions – AMS, EMEA, China & APAC.

The LEGO Agency Asia, serves the Asia markets, covering both China and APAC markets and is focused on developing campaign for the whole Asia region with special focus on China – occasion campaigns/amplifying global campaigns – full value chain from campaign strategy to final ins-store solutions.

The Project Support position will be placed in the LEGO Agency Partner & Project Management organisation, based in Singapore.

  • Collaborative mindset and strong team leadership skills

  • Agency and/or marketing background an advantage

  • Strategic communications planning experience an advantage
