What the day will look like
Associate Consultant to undertake the following activities in the SEA region:
Work closely with Financial Services clients.
Onboard clients to the survey platform, providing participation support, including undertaking job matching, sales/account renewals, platform training and orientation to client, responding to client queries on our participation processes and other account management activities.
Develop and deliver high-quality, bespoke, and effective solutions to meet client needs including incentive compensation analysis and program design.
Design and draft presentations, arrange and deliver sessions to share content related to rewards trends in the market with key clients.
Develop project plans and manage projects/modules independently while ensuring quality and timeliness targets are met.
Build strong and positive relationships across client teams, present solutions and recommendations independently to internal colleagues and external clients.
Develop and maintain positive client relations through regular and proactive communications.
Recognize, understand and translate client questions, comments and requests into potential opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting assignments.
Undertake client data review prior to the submission or reporting of the quarterly reports.
Share experiences, knowledge and skills with other colleagues within Data Solutions and the broader Talent Solutions team
Complete additional rewards projects independently or as part of a team.
Support senior consultants the request for proposal (RFP) process for small to medium-sized proposals, participate in writing large, cross-practice proposals, and collaborate with other colleagues across different solution lines to develop and propose innovative client solutions and recommendations.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
4+ years of human resources, account management, compensation survey management, client servicing or other related industry experience. Some experience in working with/within Financial Services organisations would be critical.
Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
Must be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task.
Organization skills and detail oriented. Attention to detail is crucial.
Articulate and possess excellent command in written & spoken English.
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and Word. PowerPoint, Excel macros and Access experience a plus.
