Job Description:

The Business Systems Assistant Engineer will join the Digital and Automation Engineering team to acquire expert understanding of warehouse operations and their associated business systems. The Assistant Engineer will collaborate with various functional teams across the Asia Pacific region to lead deployment and adoption of innovative systems for new business projects as well as continuous improvements initiatives. Additionally, they will collaborate with global partners on strategic platform enhancements and technology refresh projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise insights for accurate and effective system solutions.

• Performs analysis, development, testing, training to implement business systems to optimize operations processes and meet business requirements.

• Coordinate change requests Functional and User Acceptance Testing to optimal system performance accurate to requirements.

• Develop business case applications of systems to support digitalization and automation strategic initiatives.

• Conduct analysis to identify and drive operations improvement opportunities.

• Maintain field visibility to provide guidance and support resolution of systems issues.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Logistics Operations Management or equivalent field.

• Experience in Distribution / Logistics / Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Platform applications

• Analytical thinking and strong attention to details

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
